Four Point Inspections

We perform four point inspections at homes in the ocala and surrounding areas. We also perform wind mitigation inspections as well, and offer a four point and wind mitigation combo at a discounted rate when performed at the same time.

The Four Point Inspection is required by many home insurance companies in Florida. This type of inspection focuses on the four major components of a home.

1. Roof- We inspect the roof covering, identify approximate age of the roof and if the roof is overall satisfactory or unsatisfactory.

2. Electrical- We Inspect the electrical panel inside and outside. We inspect the condition of the electrical wiring and document any safety issues.

3. Plumbing- During the plumbing inspection we will be looking at the supply piping, conditions of the water heater and age of water heater. Also inspecting for any signs of a leak.

4. Hvac System- We inspect the hvac system to verify adequate heating and cooling, age of system and verify no safety issues.
